Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST from Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the same day. Please note that the pharmacy does not ship on Fridays, weekends, or holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via text and email so you can monitor your package's journey. This tracking information will also be available in your patient portal for easy access.
Delivery Times: Most patients receive their medication within 2 business days after it has shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly due to holidays or shipping carrier delays.
