Our consultation process is designed to be simple, efficient, and convenient for you. Here’s how it works:

  1. Complete Payment and Intake Form

    • Once you make your payment and fill out the patient intake form, your information will be securely submitted to our provider team for review.

  2. Provider Review

    • Most consultations are asynchronous, meaning there’s no phone or video appointment. Instead, a licensed provider will carefully review the information you provide, including your medical history and current health status, to determine if you qualify for the program.

  3. Approval Notification

    • You’ll receive an email letting you know whether or not you’ve been approved. If approved, you’ll be enrolled in the appropriate program based on your needs and the provider’s recommendation.

  4. Patient Portal Access

    • Once approved, you’ll gain access to our patient portal. Through the portal, you can:

      • Track your order and shipment details.

      • Communicate with our customer service and clinical team for any questions or concerns.

  5. Synchronous Visits (If Required)

    • In some states, a synchronous (real-time) visit is required by law. If you reside in one of these states, you’ll schedule a video visit with your provider as part of the consultation process.
