If you submit Friday–Sunday, review begins on Monday and may take up to 48 hours.
If you selected an email or text consult, expect a provider to reach out in 24–48 hours after review.
If you opted for a video or phone visit, you will receive a scheduling link 24–48 hours after review.

Step 2 – Medication Shipment
• Once your prescription is approved, our compounding pharmacy partners process your order
• Processing and shipping require 2–6 business days (weekends excluded)
• You will receive tracking details as soon as your package ships
